Jude Thomas - Three Months

Memories and Milestones from month three:

• Allan and I were putting Jude to bed as we do, Jude didn't want to sleep, and when I finally rocked him to sleep, Allan made a noise and woke him up, so I rocked him back to sleep again and Allan made another loud noise by accident and woke Jude up yet again. We just had to laugh about it.

• Jude loves to babble! Every day around 5 or 6 Jude and I have a conversation.

• We had dinner at the Reveley’s house. Jude was such a good boy... Except he wanted to be held as soon as we started eating. It’s like he knows when we are eating, because he does this a lot, haha.

• Jude LOVES this little flower that I hung on his car seat. Every time he is in his car seat he smiles and talks to “Mr. Flower”.

• One day Jude started to reach out and grab things. It’s so crazy to me how he changes every day! This month it feels like he has changed so much

• Family dancing to Disney songs is a favorite memory from this month. Or, if Jude is overtired and needs a nap, I dance with him to Frank Sinatra and that usually does the trick!

• Jude outgrew his 0-3 month clothes and is now in 3-6 month clothing… and even that seems a little snug.

• I finally am brave enough to drive alone with Jude.

• Jude and I went to the mall to meet up with my friend Victoria and we met Amelia, who is just 5 days younger than Jude.

• Jude started copying a gargling sound I make. He also copies Allan when he sticks his tongue out. And you can tell he is trying to figure out how to make other sounds we make.
